However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within 14 days of receipt. We will not be able to accept requests for returns if 14 days has passed after your order has been delivered.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt, along with clear pictures and your order number. We will not be able to process defective merchandise after 72 hours. For defective items, you will have the option to receive a replacement piece or a full refund of the amount that you paid, the choice is up to you.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, if you receive a wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and your order number, and a new piece will be sent to you once we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, store credit or a full refund of the amount that you paid, will be given to you.
IF you receive a package and it does not include all items, please do not panic. Sometimes items are shipped separately due to weight restrictions/ coming from a different warehouse. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. However if 24 hours have passed after your order is made then we cannot cancel your order but we will always help you in your situation.
If you would like to change your order then please do contact us ASAP. We will try our best to accommodate any changes providing your order hasn't already been shipped. If your order has been shipped then we will not be able to change the order but we always welcome a return if you would like to.
